A man died and a woman was injured in an attempted murder-suicide Friday afternoon at a home in northeast Houston, according to television reports and the Houston Police Department.
Police received a call around 2:40 p.m. that a woman had been shot in the 6200 block of Gaston, according to Houston Police.
She was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where she is in surgery, reports said.
The incident may have been an attempted murder-suicide, KPRC reported, which also noted large amounts of blood on the driveway of the home.
