Sometimes cute, little ducklings get themselves into tough situations and this week, a Texas police officer was on the scene to lend a helping hand.

Officer Trevor Sontz helped them safely cross the street but the ducklings mistakenly went into a storm drain and couldn’t find their way back to their mom, according to the Richardson Police Department Facebook.

That’s when the video gets sweeter, Officer Sontz stepped in once again and helped remove the confused little ducklings from the drain pipe and guided them back to mom.
