Apartment leasing has begun at the Kirby Collection, a 1 million-square-foot luxury mixed-use project at 3200 Kirby Drive. New York-based Thor Equities selected Greystar to market and lease the Residences at Kirby Collection, a 25-story residential tower that’s expected to be complete in September.
