Maybe the sorcerer’s stoned.

Harry Potter – or at least a British teenager sharing the same name – admitted to dealing pot and is due in court next month, according to The Press in York

Potter, 19, was stopped on his moped in January when an officer in York noticed the teen reeked of marijuana.

A search turned up some pot and cash. No wands or Galleons were recovered.

This month, the weed-loving wizard pleaded guilty to possessing a class B drug with intent to supply.

The case has been sent to a higher court for sentencing on May 4.

His Muggle lawyer, Jane Maloney, said he had no previous convictions and had not profited from the sales, as he’d only passed along extra to his friends.

The judge ordered probation services to put together a pre-sentence report on an “all options basis,” which means he could face prison time, but probably not in Azkaban.
