Scottsdale, Arizona-based Envoy America is expanding to Houston as part of a new agreement with American Medical Response Inc.’s Access2Care. Plans call for hiring 200 drivers to handle the new contract that will offer non-emergency medical transportation benefits under the Access2Care network in Houston.
