BJ Services, which recently reemerged as a standalone pressure-pumping company, filed a registration statement for an initial public offering July 14. The filing’s proposed maximum aggregate offering price currently is $100 million. But the number of shares to be offered and the price per share have not been set, so that figure likely will change. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as bookrunning managers for the proposed offering.…
