Texas City police are looking for two men who robbed a BBVA Compass bank late Saturday morning.

About 11:30 a.m., a white male entered the bank at 2131 Palmer Highway and passed a note to the teller demanding money. He didn’t produce a weapon.

The man left with an undisclosed amount of money, pulling away in an older white four-door car.

The suspect has curly hair and was wearing a tan T-shirt and khaki cargo shorts. The car’s driver was wearing a red baseball cap.

Police have released security photos of both suspects. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 409-945-TIPS or Det. Earl Mendenhall at 409-643-5833.
