Police searching for four suspects after man dies at north Houston strip club shooting

Police are searching for four male suspects after a man was fatally shot at a strip club in north Houston. 

According to authorities, Gabriel Castaneda was shot March 14  in the back parking lot of Fantasy Cabaret in the 8500 block of North Freeway around 2:30 a.m.

According to Crime Stoppers, the four males were seen on surveillance video getting into an altercation with Castaneda before the shooting.


DEADLY ALTERCATION: One man dead  after strip club shooting in north Houston

The men are then seen leaving the club in a blue 2014-15 GMC Sierra crew-cab with dark colored rims. The unknown suspects fired a shot from inside the vehicle, striking Castaneda once. They then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Castaneda attempted to drive himself to a hospital but died in his vehicle from injuries in the 600 block of Dewalt, according to Crime Stoppers. 

The suspects are described as in their mid 20s and weighing between 140 to 170 pounds each.

One male was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and dark colored tennis shoes. Another was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and dark colored cowboy boots. The third suspect wore a tan baseball cap, dark hooded jacket and jeans. The final suspect was wearing a maroon colored sweater, dark pants and dark colored tennis shoes.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.  Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to a charge or arrest.
