Natural gas-powered microgrids are helping to keep the lights on at more than a dozen H-E-B supermarkets in the Houston area as the remnants of Harvey slowly moves through southeast Texas. Flooding and safety concerns caused the San Antonio-based grocery chain to close Houston-area stores on Aug. 27.
