The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center has hired Ben Melson as senior vice president and CFO, a role he previously held more than a decade ago. Dan Fontaine, executive vice president for administration, had been serving as interim CFO after Weldon Gage left M.D. Anderson for another position in May 2016. Gage joined M.D. Anderson in January 2015. Melson will return to the role on May 15. He rejoins M.D. Anderson after working for Texas Children’s Hospital for more than 12 years.…
