Harvest Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: HNR) is moving closer to dissolving after closing an asset sale and declaring a cash dividend this week. The upstream energy company announced on April 13 that the $5.75-per-share dividend will be paid to all holders of record as of April 24. Characterized as a liquidating distribution, the dividend is expected to be paid about 10 days after April 24, which would be around May 4.
