The Woodlands-based Sterling Construction Company Inc. has a new top officer. Sterling (NasdaqGS: STRL) named Joseph Cutillo as CEO and to the board of directors, according to a release. His position was effective April 28. Cutillo joined the company in October 2015 and was elected president in February.
