The Harris County Criminal Justice Center, the 20-story law hub serving Texas’ largest county by population, is closed until further notice due to flooding after Tropical Storm Harvey. The downtown building, at 1201 Franklin St., could be closed for up to one year, according to KHOU. Harris County CJC Spokesman Dane Schiller could not immediately be reached for comment.
