Guys run from law enforcement, jump from freeway & flip over fence before surrendering

After two males inside a minivan led law enforcement officers on a vehicle chase into southwest Houston, they stopped the minivan on the eastbound main lanes of the Sam Houston Tollway near the West Airport Boulevard exit. SkyFOX helicopter captured video as the males ran out of the minivan, jumped off the tollway onto the ground below, ran into the parking lot of the Crown Mark Distribution center where they lay on the ground and surrendered.
