Even as Irving-based Exxon Mobil Corp. (NYSE: XOM) shut down the country’s second-largest refining complex in Baytown to minimize the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, not everything is coming to a halt. XTO Energy, a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil, will continue to relocate about 1,600 workers from North Texas to Exxon’s 385-acre campus in Houston.
