Dallas-based pizzeria Cane Rosso, which recently expanded into Houston with a pair of locations, has named a new executive chef with roots in the Bayou City. Cane Rosso hired Jonathan “JJ” Jones as executive chef for the company’s South Texas locations, according to a release. Jones has worked at a number of Houston restaurants in his career.
