A Dallas-based men’s grooming chain is combing Houston for a multiple location roll out, joining a couple of other new-to-Houston competitors. The Gents Place plans to open its first spot this fall at 2400 Mid Lane near River Oaks, according to a representative with the company. Franchisee Jeff Stocks expects to open about six locations in the Houston area. Cynthia Lee represented Stocks in the River Oaks deal.
