New York-based Skanska USA Commercial Development announced April 12 it will begin building Capitol Tower in downtown Houston now that it has a major lease signed. Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) officially signed a lease for a total of 210,000 square feet, including 205,000 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of retail space.
