Houston-based Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA) has extended its existing office lease in the Galleria area again, while nearby land it bought in 2012 continues to sit vacant. Apache signed a 26-month lease extension with Houston-based Parkway Inc. (NYSE: PKY) for the entire 524,000 square feet it occupies at 2000 Post Oak Blvd., in the Post Oak Central office complex.
