KANSAS CITY — The streaking Astros, who have the best record in the Major Leagues and entered Tuesday’s game against the Royals on an 11-game winning streak, are starting to flex their might in the Esurance MLB All-Star Game Ballot, too.

Four-time All-Star Jose Altuve, who’s started at second base for the American League the past two years, overtook Starlin Castro of the Yankees as the top vote-getting among AL second baseman in the latest totals released Tuesday.
